leadership coaching
for Founders, executives, & teams

Leadership challenges rarely live in just one place

What shows up as burnout, misalignment, communication breakdown, culture drift, or founder isolation is often connected to something deeper.

A pattern. A nervous system state. A way of relating to pressure, power, responsibility, or change.

This is where insight becomes leadership.

  • For founders, executives, and senior leaders who are ready to lead with greater clarity, presence, and courage.

Together we uncover the patterns shaping how you think, communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure, so your leadership reflects who you actually are, not just what your role demands.

This work often supports leaders who are navigating:

    • Executive presence and confidence

    • High stakes decisions

    • Difficult conversations and leadership communication

    • Burnout or overfunctioning

    • Isolation at the top

    • Leading through growth, change, or complexity

  • For founders, executives, and leadership teams who want to lead culture change.

Culture does not begin with values on a wall, a team offsite, or a new communication framework.

    It begins with the leader.

    How leaders handle pressure.
    How they communicate.
    What they tolerate.
What they model when things get hard.

I partner with founders, executives, and senior leaders who recognize that if they want to change the culture, they first need to look at how their own leadership is shaping it.

For that reason, I often begin by coaching the leader first, helping them build the awareness, alignment, and leadership capacity needed before bringing this work to the leadership team or broader organization.

Together, we uncover the patterns shaping how people communicate, give feedback, navigate conflict, make decisions, and respond under pressure so the culture you are building reflects how you want to lead.

This often supports leaders who are navigating:

    • Leadership blind spots or recurring team dynamics

    • Communication breakdowns or trust gaps

    • Team burnout, disengagement, or overfunctioning

    • Difficulty giving direct feedback or having hard conversations

    • Scaling challenges that are impacting culture

    • Building a culture that reflects how you actually want to lead

  • For leadership teams who need space to step out of the pace of day-to-day work and reconnect around what matters most.

Leadership teams do not need another offsite filled with slide decks, surface level trust exercises, or the conversations that matter most but rarely happen.

They need space to slow down, tell the truth, and have the conversations that rarely happen in the day to day.

I design and facilitate immersive leadership experiences that help founders, executives, and leadership teams step out of the pace, pressure, and operational noise that comes with leading at a high level and reconnect to what matters most.

These experiences often support teams navigating:

    • Leadership misalignment
    • Trust gaps or communication breakdowns
    • Founder and leadership team tension
    • Scaling challenges and shifting roles
    • Burnout, overfunctioning, or team reactivity
    • Big decisions that require collective clarity

Not sure where to begin? You don’t need to know exactly what type of support is right.

We’ll explore what matters most right now and choose the path together.

CHALLENGES YOU IN JUST THE RIGHT WAYS

“Nicole Bliss is a remarkable coach. She shows up with genuine presence, makes you feel heard, and challenges you in just the right ways, all while helping you celebrate the wins. Her grasp of conscious leadership and how it applies to individuals, teams, and an entire company is exceptional. She joined us for a company-wide off-site and trained with the whole team, and the impact on us as an organization, as a leadership team, and on me personally was outstanding. Working with her has been a genuine pleasure.”

A PRACTICE FOR LEADERSHIP

One of my favorite meditation teachers, Joseph Goldstein, says, “The ups and downs in the practice… that is all part of the unfolding path.”

Meditation is a powerful analogy for leadership and life. We begin with intention and quickly notice how easily attention drifts. The practice is not perfection. The practice is returning.

Over time, we develop greater equanimity and a deeper capacity to stay present with uncertainty, complexity, and change.

FAQ

have questions?

  • Most clients begin with two sessions per month, though we can shape the cadence based on what will best support your goals and season of leadership.

  • I work with founders, executives, and teams who are successful on paper but know there is another level of clarity, presence, effectiveness, or fulfillment available. Clients often come to me while navigating growth, transition, burnout, difficult leadership dynamics, increased responsibility, or simply a desire to lead in a way that feels more aligned.

  • I combine executive coaching with conscious leadership, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and tools like the Enneagram. Rather than focusing only on solving immediate problems, we explore the patterns shaping how you lead so change becomes sustainable.

  • Yes. Clients often seek support around burnout, decision fatigue, executive presence, communication breakdowns, team dynamics, founder isolation, navigating change, and leading with more clarity and intention.

  • I partner with founders, executives, and leadership teams virtually and in person across geographies. This includes executive coaching, leadership retreats, offsites, and custom experiences designed around the needs of the leader and team.

  • I ask all clients to complete an Enneagram assessment prior to beginning our work together. The Enneagram is a powerful tool for increasing self awareness and understanding the patterns shaping how you lead, communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure. Rather than putting you in a box, we use it as a lens for uncovering what is driving behavior so change becomes more sustainable.

  • While I support you in creating lasting change, our focus is often on the context of your issues, how you are relating to them, rather than only the content of the issue itself.

  • Yes! I love working with teams. This may include team coaching, leadership circles, seminars, workshops and offsites. Please reach out to me to discuss what you are looking for and we can come up with a plan that is optimal for your team.

  • A chemistry call is a chance for us to get to know one another and explore what you’re navigating, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels aligned. You do not need to prepare anything. My goal is not to convince you to work with me. It is to understand whether I am the right person to support you.
