As a former leader in ad tech, my search for how to become a better leader, wife, mother, and all-around human, to understand how to overall “do life better” for myself, and my willingness to follow my curiosity and intuition led me to the tools and support I’m now offering you, because I wish I had them when I was in your position.

As a senior woman leader in ad tech, you have the power and the desire to create purposeful change, but you don’t always feel in control of what’s happening around you and what you are co-creating. You are a high-achiever who has experienced success in your career, but wants to evolve further in terms of how you show up as a leader and influence others, and to the heighten the impact you create, allowing you to enter into your next stage of leadership. This program is an opportunity for you to get clear on what you want and how to create it so that you can lead and live in greater alignment with who you are, not who you think you need to be to succeed.

during our 12, 2-hour sessions over the course of 6 months we will:

  • Build trusting relationships with fellow women ad tech leaders in similar stages of their career.

  • Explore themes and tools critical for your energetic aliveness and leadership expansion.

  • Create a safe container to practice vulnerability, lovingly challenge one another, learn through experimentation, and support each other through group coaching and feedback sharing.

  • Commit to actions to bring us into integrity with ourselves, the professional and personal relationships we care about, and expand our capacity as a leader.

This is an experiential learning opportunity that requires you commit to showing up fully, ready to be open and vulnerable, experiment, and take full advantage of your opportunity to become the leader you are capable of becoming!

  • 12, 2-hour group meetings over the course of 6 months (every 2 weeks). We will meet every other Tuesday beginning May 28th through October 29th, 2-4 pm ET.

  • Ongoing access to our cohort via Slack and direct access to your coach, Nicole Bliss.

  • Learning partner assignments to experiment with what we explore during the group sessions on off weeks.

  • Forty-four-page Professional Integrative Enneagram Leadership Assessment & Enneagram knowledge weaved in throughout our time together (over $500 value).

  • Personal commitment after each session to support your growth (aka: homework).

The financial investment is $5,120.00.

  • OPTIONAL ADD-ON: As an added bonus for signing up for the group program, participants will have the opportunity to add 6, one-one-coaching sessions with me (1x month) at a program-only rate of $3,000.00.
