Fall Rest & Reset leadership retreat for women

For women leaders who are carrying a lot and craving the space to step back, think clearly, and reconnect with themselves before the next season begins.

October 15-18, 2026

Ocean Edge Resort, Cape Cod

THIS IS A DIFFERENT SEASON OF LEADERSHIP

As women leaders, we're often rewarded for our ability to keep going.

To solve. To deliver. To carry more.

Eventually, what once felt like strength can begin to feel like autopilot.

The pace that helped create success starts to crowd out reflection.

The constant doing makes it harder to hear our own wisdom.

Fall invites something different.

Just as nature slows, sheds, and prepares for a new season, this retreat creates space to pause, assess what's no longer serving you, and reconnect with the leader you naturally are beneath the noise.

Why This Matters Now

Leadership is becoming increasingly complex.

Expectations continue to rise while many leaders feel increasingly disconnected from themselves, their teams, and the work they care about most.

Gallup's research continues to show declining employee engagement, rising stress, and widespread burnout.

When leaders operate from chronic stress and constant output, it impacts decision making, communication, culture, and performance.

The most effective leaders aren't necessarily doing more.

They're able to access clarity, perspective, and intentional choice in the midst of complexity.

This retreat creates the conditions for exactly that.

Fall in Brewster

Many of us move through life without noticing the seasons changing.

This retreat takes place at a time of year that naturally encourages us to slow down. Cooler air, changing leaves, quiet beaches, and shorter days create the perfect backdrop for reflection, restoration, and creating space for what wants to emerge next.

The Program

  • Fall Rest & Reset for Women Leaders is not a productivity reset, a wellness escape, or a leadership workshop focused on strategy.

It is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.

It is about creating enough space to hear what already knows it is time.

    It is an invitation to:

    • Step out of constant effort and into reflection

    • Notice what you're carrying that no longer serves you

    • Reconnect with what feels true now

    • Create space for what wants to emerge next

    • Lead from discernment rather than urgency

This retreat explores leadership not as performance, but as presence; not as output, but as alignment.

    • Clarity about what is aligned and what may be ready to change

    • Renewed nervous system capacity and resilience

    • Greater awareness of the patterns shaping how you lead

    • Integrative Enneagram insights and reflection tools

    • A leadership orientation grounded in presence rather than pressure

    • Clear commitments for the next season of your life and leadership

    • Meaningful connection with other women leaders

    • Practices to support sustainable leadership long after the retreat ends

  • Fall Rest & Reset intentionally moves between deep rest and meaningful inquiry.

We begin by creating the conditions for the nervous system to settle, allowing reflection, perspective, and insight to emerge from a grounded and resourced state rather than urgency or pressure.

Through a rhythm of guided exploration, restorative experiences, spacious reflection, and authentic connection, you'll have the opportunity to examine how you're leading, what you're carrying, and what may be ready to shift.

This process supports sustainable change rather than forced transformation.

The retreat is intentionally limited to a small group of women leaders so that each participant is known, supported, and able to fully engage in the experience.

    • You are a successful woman leader sensing a shift in how you want to lead

    • You want clarity and alignment, not simply more productivity

    • You feel called to slow down long enough to hear your own wisdom

    • You want to lead from presence rather than pressure

    • You value depth, reflection, and conscious leadership insight

    • You are seeking meaningful connection with peers who understand the complexity of leadership

    • You sense something more is available and want space to explore what that means

    • You are ready to enter the next season of leadership with greater intention

    • Conscious leadership, not leadership tactics

    • Deep rest and nervous system restoration, not constant activity

    • Small group experience, not a conference

    • Practical integration, not inspiration that fades after the weekend

    • Leadership development through self awareness, presence, and connection
