Spring Awakening for women leaders

This is a different season of leadership

April 30-May 3, 2026 | Thursday - Sunday

Ocean Edge Resort, Cape Cod, MA

the leadership Season Is Shifting

As successful women leaders, we’ve mastered delivering results.

But when was the last time you felt truly aligned with your leadership, rather than reacting to demand and urgency without pause?

Just as spring arrives after winter’s dormancy, this season invites a different shift.

Not more doing. Not more fixing. But listening for what wants to emerge now.

Spring marks the return of life when conditions are right. It does not rush. It does not force. Growth happens from clarity and alignment.

Spring Awakening is an invitation to explore this different season of leadership, to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most in your leadership and life.

When Did You Last Lead from whats Emerging?

You already know how to lead under pressure. You know how to respond, adapt, and deliver. But when did you last slow down enough to sense where your leadership is actually headed?

Not what’s required. Not what’s expected. But what feels quietly true.

Many women leaders operate at a pace that leaves little space to listen for this deeper clarity. Not because they don’t value it, but because urgency fills the available room. The conditions leaders are operating in today amplify this pace, placing sustained cognitive, emotional, and relational demands on women in leadership roles.

Spring Awakening offers a pause from that momentum.

A space to reconnect with your inner compass. To notice what feels alive now. And to step into what’s next with intention, grounded in truth rather than external demand.

If this resonates, you’re likely already in this transition.

I hope you’ll join us.

-Nicole Bliss, Spring Awakening Retreat host

Spring in Brewster

Spring Awakening takes place in Brewster, Massachusetts, during one of the most vibrant times of year on Cape Cod. As gardens, storefronts, and public spaces come alive with color, the town hosts Brewster in Bloom, a weekend celebration of spring featuring flowers, art, and community gatherings.

During open integration time and after the retreat concludes, participants are welcome to explore town, visit local craft fairs, walk through blooming gardens, or simply enjoy the energy of the season unfolding around them.

The Program

  • Spring Awakening is not a productivity reset, a wellness escape, or a leadership workshop focused on strategy.

It is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about tuning into what already matters and has energy.

    It is an invitation to:

    • Step out of constant effort and into alignment

    • Notice what you’re complete with

    • Reconnect with what feels true now

    • Begin again without needing certainty

This retreat explores leadership not as performance, but as presence; not as output, but as orientation.

    • Clarity about what’s aligned — and what isn’t

    • Deep rest and renewed nervous system resilience

    • Awareness of subconscious patterns that shape how you lead

    • Integrative Enneagram reflection tools and insights (a $120+ value)

    • A leadership orientation grounded in presence rather than pressure

    • Clarity on an area of your leadership & life you want to shift and the aligned actions to create what you want

    • A felt understanding of conscious leadership — the ability to notice your patterns and choose how you lead, even under pressure.

    • Connection with a community of badass women leaders

    • The courage to begin without needing certainty

    • Practices to support sustainable leadership after you return home

    • A spacious embodied experience that supports ongoing renewal

  • Spring Awakening intentionally moves between deep rest and meaningful inquiry.

We begin by creating the conditions for the nervous system to settle, allowing reflection, clarity, and insight to arise from a grounded and resourced state rather than urgency or pressure.

This rhythm supports honest exploration without overwhelm and allows changes in how you lead and live to emerge sustainably, not forcefully.

    • You are a successful woman leader sensing a shift in how you want to lead

    • You want clarity and alignment, not more busyness

    • You value depth, open reflection, and conscious leadership insight

    • You want to lead from presence rather than pressure

    • You value authentic connection with peers

    • You are ready to begin a new season of leadership with intention
