Fall Rest & Reset Leadership retreat for women
You have built a lot.
You do not have to keep carrying it the same way.
A four-day leadership retreat for women ready to step out of urgency, hear themselves clearly, and choose how they want to lead the next season.
October 15-18, 2026
The Charm at Ocean Edge, Brewster, Cape Cod
REST IS THE DOORWAY. LEADERSHIP IS THE WORK
Leadership today asks more of us than ever. The pace is faster, the stakes feel higher, and the space to think clearly, reconnect with what matters, and choose how we want to lead is harder to find.
Fall Rest & Reset gives women leaders the space to step out of daily demands and examine the patterns shaping their decisions, relationships, and leadership.
Through conscious leadership, the Enneagram, nervous system awareness, deep rest, individual coaching, and honest conversation with other women carrying significant responsibility, you will strengthen the capacities leadership requires now: clarity, presence, discernment, emotional intelligence, and courageous action.
You will return more grounded in yourself, clearer about what matters now, and ready to lead the next season with greater intention.
“THE KIND OF PAUSE I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO GIVE MYSELF”
Nicole’s calm, grounded presence and skillful facilitation created the kind of pause I didn’t know how to give myself.
The retreat struck a thoughtful balance between structure and openness, allowing time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with my inner voice.
One of the most powerful parts was being in genuine connection with other women navigating similar paths.
I left feeling anchored, clear, and more intentional about how I want to move through both work and life.

A note from Nicole
Fall in Brewster
Many of us move through life without noticing the seasons changing.
This retreat takes place at a time of year that naturally encourages us to slow down. Cooler air, changing leaves, quiet beaches, and shorter days create the perfect backdrop for reflection, restoration, and creating space for what wants to emerge next.

The Program
-
You carry significant responsibility and no longer want urgency to be your default way of leading
You sense that something in your leadership or life is ready to evolve, even if you cannot fully name it yet
You want to understand the patterns shaping your decisions, communication, and relationships
You need space to hear yourself clearly and discern what matters in the season ahead
You value meaningful reflection, honest conversation, and practical tools you can bring back to your work
-
This retreat explores leadership not as performance, but as presence; not as output, but as alignment.
It combines the depth of leadership development with the restoration and spaciousness leaders rarely give themselves.
Over four days together, participants step out of daily demands to strengthen the capacities leadership requires most now.
Build clarity and confidence in decision making
Strengthen emotional intelligence, presence, and communication
Step back to gain perspective and notice the patterns shaping how you lead
Return with practical tools, renewed perspective, and clearer intention
This is not a productivity reset or a traditional leadership workshop.
-
Practical tools to support sustainable leadership long after the retreat
Integrative Enneagram insights and reflection tools
Clear commitments for the next season of your life and leadership
Clarity about what is aligned and what may be ready to change
A way of leading grounded in presence rather than pressure
Meaningful connection with other women leaders
-
Fall Rest & Reset intentionally moves between deep rest and meaningful inquiry.
We begin by creating the conditions to step out of urgency and reconnect with perspective, clarity, and what matters most.
Through guided exploration, restorative experiences, reflection, and authentic connection, participants examine how they’re leading, what they’re carrying, and what may want to change.
Designed for a small group of women leaders, the experience creates space for deeper conversation, meaningful connection, and full participation.
-
Leadership development through self-awareness, presence, and integration — not more tactics
Deep rest and nervous system restoration — not constant activity
Small group experience — not a conference or networking event
Practical integration — not inspiration that stays at the retreat
-
Fall Rest & Reset is designed to support you beyond the four days we spend together.
Your experience includes:
An optional individual pre-retreat coaching session with Nicole to clarify what you want to explore and receive from the retreat
An optional individual post-retreat integration coaching session with Nicole to help you integrate your insights and translate them into meaningful action
A post-retreat group integration call to reconnect, reflect on what has continued to unfold, and support the commitments you made
This personalized support helps you arrive with intention and continue applying what you discover long after you return home.
